Kiwi Technology Inc. (Taiwan) has merged with Egis Vision Inc., effective July 1, 2026. Upon completion of the merger, Kiwi Technology Inc. (Taiwan) is the dissolved company, and all of its rights and obligations are assumed in full by Egis Vision Inc..<\/p>\n

This merger does not affect any of the products or services previously provided by Kiwi Technology. Existing partnerships, technical support, and points of contact remain unchanged. In addition, our Japan operation, Kiwi Technology Inc. (Japan), continues to operate as usual, with no impact on its services.<\/p>\n
