(Headquarters: Taipei, Taiwan; CEO: Steve Lo) has been implemented at the Nagakusa Plant of Toyota Industries Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya, Aichi, Japan; President: Koichi Ito) with support from electronics trading company Ryoyo Electro Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and Executive Officer: Moritaka Nakamura).<\/p><p><strong>Background of Implementation<\/strong><\/p><p>The Occupational Safety and Health Regulations in Japan were revised on June 1, 2025, requiring employers to implement heat stroke prevention measures in work environments where WBGT values are 28\u00b0C or higher, or air temperature is 31\u00b0C or higher, for continuous periods of 1 hour or more, or exceeding 4 hours per day. Toyota Industries Corporation&#8217;s Nagakusa Plant required a system capable of measuring and visualizing WBGT in real-time across all work areas within the factory and centrally managing information from multiple factories.<\/p><p><strong>kiwi technology&#8217;s WBGT Monitoring System for Hot Work Environments<\/strong><\/p><p>This system consists of the LAS-603V2 (temperature and humidity sensor), gateway, and kiwi Cloud server.
