Smart Street Lighting and Energy-saving Management System
The street lighting and energy-saving management system is composed of a monitoring center, a LoRa street lamp controller (NEMA single lamp/group lamp), a gateway router, and a server. The data are transmitted through the LoRa street lamp controller and the gateway router to remotely monitor and manage every street lamp. The street lamp lighting and energy-saving management system has such functions as remote control, remote monitoring, real-time automatic detection, long-distance transmission and strong ability to fight against signal interference, thus solving such problems as high tariffs for data transmission when traditional GPRS wireless communication technology is used, or poor quality in data transmission due to signal interference when power line carrier communication technology is used, or the inability to transmit data when the power is off for overhaul. Not only can the two-way communication of the system make use of the light on/off functions to get the parameters from those lights in operation and discover the faults right away, but it can also automatically store and count and make query into the collected data at any time, thus improving the management level. Meanwhile, it can automatically adjust electric pressure to reduce power consumption and improve the service life of equipment, thus bringing in significant economic and social benefits.
